CDA:
The image ws caught by web-cam at a boat livery on the lake.
It's the third strange blip we've see via that web-cam.
One of the previous pics is online here, a few months back.
I tried to enhance the blip, but enlarging the thing only produces electronic artifacts.
But it is, so far, an unidentified thingie....balloon, bird, aircraft, bug, something that can't be identified....a flying thing, in the air....a UFO.
Visitors here are abderites, generally, so what excites them eludes me.
